DMCA Policy

This policy is intended to implement the procedures described in the Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 (DMCA) for the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. It is the policy of drawdrills.org and its parent company, Wayspire LLC, to respect the legitimate rights of copyrights owners, their agents and representatives. Users of any part of the drawdrills system are required to respect the legal protections provided by applicable copyright law. We have adopted this policy to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and to respond to claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the drawdrills.org website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. Owner's Signature

An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identify Copyrighted Work

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

3. Source

Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit drawdrills.org to locate the material (e.g., a URL where the allegedly infringing material is available).

4. Contact Information

Information reasonably sufficient to permit drawdrills.org to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.

5. Claim

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. Identification

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

7. Signature

Your physical or electronic signature.

Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay of the processing or the DMCA notification.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Upon receiving a proper notice of copyright infringement, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and promptly notify the alleged infringer of your claim. We will also advise the alleged infringer of the statutory Counter Notification procedure described in the DMCA by which the alleged infringer may respond to your claim and request reinstatement of the removed material.
